PTP-Meg1

The MEG class of FERM-PTP proteins is well conserved from C. elegans to fly to human. Its hallmarks are Band 4.1-related FERM domain, a single PDZ domain, and a PTP domain with a canonical active site sequence. Below is a representation of known and suspected interactions with Meg/PTPHI.
